SAN ANTONIO – The Gordon Hartman Family Foundation’s two major awards programs –Wall of Fame and Excellence in Caregiving – will come together in the new Hearts of Gold Awards dinner on Saturday evening, Nov. 5, at the Morgan’s Wonderland Event Center, 5223 David Edwards Drive.
More than 300 guests are expected for the uplifting event that will see the presentation of two types of awards. Five innovators who’ve befriended the special-needs community will have their names permanently enshrined on the Wall of Fame in the heart of unique, Ultra-Accessible™, fully-inclusive Morgan’s Wonderland theme park, and 25 Excellence in Caregiving Award winners will be recognized for their stellar performance in helping those who can’t fully care for themselves.
Wall of Fame and Excellence in Caregiving nominations will be accepted online at www.MorgansWonderland.com/Hearts-of-Gold-Awards/ from June 1 through 5 p.m. July 15, 2022.
“Since 2005, the Gordon Hartman Family Foundation has dedicated its efforts to helping the special-needs community,” said Jaime Johnson, event chair for the combined Hearts of Gold awards festivities. “Along the way, the Foundation and Morgan’s Wonderland have come in contact with countless caregivers who’ve gone above and beyond in assisting children and adults with special needs.
